Enrolment is for the term of 1 year starting September, ending July.

Annual enrolment must be paid for in full 21 days before the first day of the start of course.

Annual enrolment can be cancelled by the buyer or student and refunded in full up to 21 days before the first day of the start of course.

If annual enrolment is cancelled by the buyer less than 21 days before the start of course, or upon starting the course, refunds will not be issued.

If a class is cancelled by SoMJ, then an alternative day will be offered, refund or credit will not be issued.

If a class is cancelled due to circumstances *not controlled by SoMJ, refunds or credit will be not be issued.

If there is a school closure due to circumstances controlled by SoMJ, alternative classes will be offered, refunds will not be issued, credit will be offered.

5 week beginner courses can be cancelled by the buyer and refunded in full up to 21 days before the first day of the start of course.
