Enrolment is for the term of 1 year starting September, ending July.

Annual enrolment must be paid for in full 14 days before the first day of the start of course.

Annual enrolment can be cancelled by the buyer or student and refunded in full up to 14 days before the first day of the start of course.

If annual enrolment is cancelled by the buyer less than 14 days before the start of course, or upon starting the course, refunds will not be issued.

If a class is cancelled by SoMJ, then an alternative day will be offered, refund or credit will not be issued.

If a class is cancelled due to circumstances *not controlled by SoMJ, alternative classes will be offered, refunds or credit will be not be issued.

If there is a school closure due to circumstances controlled by SoMJ, alternative classes will be offered, refunds will not be issued, credit will be offered.

5 week beginner courses can be cancelled by the buyer and refunded in full up to 14 days before the first day of the start of course.

If a full course is cancelled by SoMJ, then an alternative course will be offered on a date arranged by SoMJ, or a full refund or credit will be offered.

If a class is cancelled by SoMJ once the course has started, then an alternative day will be offered on a date arranged by SoMJ , refund or credit will not be issued.

Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, they can be redeemed against the short course for which it was purchased regardless of any course price increase incurred within that 2 years.

The voucher can be used for a short course of lesser value, no refund or credit will be given for the price difference.

The voucher can be used for a course of higher value, the price difference must be paid.

Expired gift vouchers will not be credited or refunded.

Gift vouchers can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase.
