Jewellers Toolbox
Tools Needed
Our Jewellery School is very well equipped with all jewellers workshop essentials.
For weekly classes you will need a jewellers toolbox with your own personal hand tools. A basic tool list will be issued to you upon enrolment.
A hire toolbox is included in the cost of the Beginners Course. 
Parking at the School of Master Jewellers
Jewellery Quarter Parking
Vyse St Multi Storey car park 2 mins walk from SoMJ - All Day.
Graham St Ramgarhia Sikh temple - All Day.
Nearest street parking is;
Vittoria st - 4 hr return
Warstone Lane - 2hr return
There is numerous more parking around the Jewellery Quarter
(parking fees apply as per Birmingham Council)

Facilities
Eating- There are many fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops in the JQ that cater for all tastes and budgets, there is also a picnic area on Golden Square where students can take a picnic.
Tea and coffee making facilities are freely available to students in class, and also a Nespresso coffee machine B.Y.O pods.
Hotels within walking distance- The Bloc , Frederick Street Townhouse, Saint Pauls House, Staycity Aparthotels, Travelodge.
There are also many short term apartments available to rent in the JQ.

There is a qualified First Aider in the workshop at all times.
SoMJ Access
The workshop is open from 9.30am - 4.30pm weekly class
The workshop is open 10am - 4pm short course
We are situated on the first floor, there are no lifts or disabled access.
Students are not permitted on the premises during lunch time.
All courses are for 18+
